Cyclical Maintenance

A bespoke maintenance folder is provided for all our schools to manage the cyclical maintenance contracts. CCS Cheshire will ensure that they manage this process for you, taking the pressure and onus off the school and leaving you to concentrate on teaching and learning.

The folder also contains relevant information on all our cyclical checks which will help you make an informed decision on whether you need this service.

Planned 5 Year Maintenance Register:-

We use a system of colour coding to identify the priorities for the school. We give you a timeline and a breakdown of the cost for the work that is needed and a clear order of priority for them. Like all development plans this is a working document that is updated and amended as work is completed or needs and circumstances change. We will provide you with clear evidence that work has been completed, which will form part of your health and safety audit.
